Founded in 2025, the Somalia Future Organization (SFO) is a grassroots, youth-led non-profit organization born out of a collective determination of young Somali visionaries committed to charting a new course for the nation. SFO harnesses Somalia’s most abundant asset—its youth—to channel their talent and energy into positive action and national development.
Through targeted leadership training, digital skills education, and innovative vocational programs, SFO fosters an entrepreneurial mindset that encourages young people to create jobs rather than just seek them. By establishing Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship Labs, young Somalis gain practical training in technology, coding, and business management to drive economic growth and help build a resilient digital economy.
